Update: While the product failed, customer support was amazing. They offered to send me a new unit or provide me with a refund, outside of my return window. Since I had already purchased a replacement locally, they provided me with a full refund. Thank you very much, I really appreciate the seller going above and beyond to rectify the situation. Would do business with them again, on customer service alone.Great price point and the unit worked as expected for 2.5 months. First sign of failure, one of my monitors would lose signal, and then come right back. Then my webcam would flicker on zoom calls to the point where I just had to keep it off. Now the webcam and both monitors are not working, however 1 of the usb ports seems to still work for my keyboard.Pretty much a paper weight now at 2.5 months as my primary need here is dual monitors and extra usb ports. Will order another brand for replacement.
